The 2019 Helen Winter Arts Festival is an indoor arts & crafts marketplace featuring artists and fine craftsmen from across Northeast Georgia. Admission is free and the public is invited.

This festival is part of the Winterfest Arts & Coach Tour, along with Sautee Nacoochee Center and Unicoi State Park & Lodge. There are over 150 artists located at three locations within 10 miles of one another, with optional coach service, create the most exciting weekend of creativity and hand-crafted beauty to be found.

Spend a day at one location or hop on a coach to tour multiple locations. Live demonstrations will be offered throughout the two-day festival. Drawings to win original art and fine craft prizes will be done through the weekend.

Dining .& Lodging is available at Unicoi State Park & Lodge and at many locations in and around Helen. 

Admission is FREE to the public. Coach tickets will be available to purchase

Vendor Guidelines

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. For the 3-day festivals, booths along the front of the building will be assigned to vendors who register for all three days. Vendors who are able to participate Sat & Sun only will be at the side of the building. (see festival layout) All final booth assignments will be made at the discretion of HAHC staff.

A full refund of event fees will be made if HAHC cancels the scheduled event.

Cancellations by the participant must be received at least 10 days prior to the date of the event in order to receive a full refund of the fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the date of the event.

Refunds will be made by check and will be mailed to the participant at the address provided during registration for the event.
